With over 10 years of experience, Thais Rodrigues began her academic journey in Advertising and Marketing, later completing a postgraduate degree in Audiovisual Production. However, it was in London that she discovered her true calling hospitality.

She started her career in front-of-house operations as a waitress and quickly stood out for her dedication, communication skills, and attention to detail.

 

Her performance led her to a management role at one of Covent Garden’s most respected restaurants, Monmouth Kitchen, where she was responsible for leading service, training teams, and ensuring high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

 

During this time, she developed structured and effective training methods focused on team performance, consistency, and service excellence.

Recognised for her impact and strategic mindset, Thais won an internal company competition focused on staff training and development, which led to her transition into Human Resources, working specifically within Learning & Development.

 

In this role, she continues to design and implement training systems that elevate team performance and improve guest experience.

Today, Thais combines her operational experience with her passion for people, acting as the vital link between behind-the-scenes structure and front-of-house excellence  ensuring every project runs with clarity, purpose, and consistency.
