With over 10 years of experience, Thais Rodrigues graduated in Advertising and Propaganda, with a postgraduate degree in Audiovisual, but it was in London that she found her true calling: hospitality.

She started as a waitress and quickly rose to prominence, becoming manager of one of Covent Garden's most renowned restaurants, Monmouth Kitchen. There, she developed effective team training and service management methods, focusing on excellence and clear communication.

She participated in an internal competition on employee training, won, and was promoted to the Human Resources department, working directly in the Learning & Development area — where she continues to work today.

With a sensitivity to people, strategic thinking, and practical knowledge of the field and operations, Thais is the link between behind-the-scenes and the client experience, ensuring that each project runs smoothly, with purpose, and with excellence.
