Bruno began his journey in the kitchen at a young age, developing a strong foundation in Portuguese cuisine while expanding his knowledge after moving to London through French, Spanish, British, Japanese, and South American culinary influences.
Bruno refined his craft working in professional kitchens where he leads teams, managing operations, controlling food costs, and delivering high-level dining experiences in fast-paced environments.
His career has taken him through renowned restaurants such as, Savoy Gordon Ramsey, Sushi Samba Heron Tower, The Cadogan Arms, Bruno offers private dining experiences, catering events, and culinary consultancy projects, always combining technical precision with an emotional and personal approach to food.
From traditional Mediterranean flavors to contemporary seafood-focused dishes, his cooking reflects both his Portuguese roots and his international experience.
He is also the creator of projects focused on education, storytelling, and modern hospitality, including concepts inspired by his philosophy:
