Over a decade of experience as a Head Chef, Consultant, and Private Chef, spanning the competitive culinary scenes of London, Portugal, and Brazil, has defined his signature style.

Today, he crafts unique gastronomic experiences that blend technical mastery with soulful storytelling.

 

Thais Rodrigues

The Strategic Heart With a background in Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Cinema, Thais brings a unique lens to the world of hospitality.

 

Having worked in some of London’s premier dining establishments, she built a formidable career in management and operations.

Now specializing in Human Resources and Team Development, Thais is the architect of the guest experience.

Her strategic vision ensures that the transition from the "back of house" to the final service is seamless, intuitive, and always centred on excellence.

We joined forces to create something beyond just a meal.

Our project is a fusion of our worlds, Bruno’s creative culinary artistry and Thais’s operational precision.
