Hello everyone, I'm Bruno Monteiro, I'm 27 years old and I live in London for 2 years. I took a 3-year cooking course in Portugal at the Nazare school and have been working in kitchen world for about 5 years.
In Portugal I worked in a Steakhouse Restaurant, very famous in the central region of Portugal. In London I worked at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel, Mercer Street, which is Italian and Peruvian cuisine, and I also worked at a Megan’s restaurant that its cuisine is Turkish.
This year I started working as a private chef.
I have a great command of Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean and South American cuisine. I have good bases for allergies and intolerances, I always try to use products with Gluten and Dairy intolerance.
I always like to innovate and create and recreate recipes, simple meals and raise the highest standard of plating. I have some notion of pastry, I like to make some desserts and I like to invent crunchy sides to put in them.
I have some great inspirations in the kitchen that are Chef Jose Avillez, Chef Henrique Sa People, Chef Ljubomir Stanisic, Chef Gordon Ramsey, Chef Marco Pierre White and great Chef Anthony Bourdain.
I recently took a basic nutrition course to help me improve my knowledge in the kitchen.
