Bruno Monteiro discovered his form of expression in the kitchen, while still in Portugal, amidst aromas, family memories, and tables filled with affection. He has worked as a chef, consultant, and private chef, with remarkable experience in London, Portugal, and now Brazil—always bringing his culinary signature to events, projects, and unique experiences.
Thais Rodrigues holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing, with a postgraduate degree in Film. She worked in London's top restaurants and built a solid career in management and hospitality, now working in Human Resources, team building, and restaurant operations. With sensitivity and strategic vision, she ensures seamless operation between behind-the-scenes and the final customer experience.
We joined forces to create something of our own: a project that goes beyond food — it delivers flavor, care, and excellence, from the plate to the service.
